Ok, ok, ok – I didn’t post this as an insult to the New England Patriots. I’m trying to make a business point and admittedly, I probably could have created a less offensive photo – but that’s the artist in me I guess (also maybe the Steeler fan).
In all fairness, the New England Patriot dynasty wasn’t because of Brady or Bill, or any of them alone. It was the chemistry of all of them together. I see it in business all the time with teams – I’ll bet many of you do too.
Team chemistry and culture matters so much.
One of my favorite quotes: “Culture is a strategy that when activated, can drive a level of performance for an organization that would otherwise be unattainable”. Shout out to my brother Lou for the quote – means even more coming from someone who works so hard on his organization’s culture.
Please share your thoughts – I’d love to have them…but let’s not turn this into a football discussion…unless you want to congratulate the Steelers on their big 6-0 start.
Oh, one more thing…this is the start of my new Blog. I’ll name it after The Terrible Towel and Call it – The Fabric of Culture.
